There is a chance it was one name and I just cannot pull up the Christian name and it was Mister Loujuan, and that does bring the corrections-notice. I know this was a man, and so I know that his name was not Louella. In this wild dream, he was the guy who owned outright, the entire BRIGHTLINE TRAIN SYSTEM, and they were insisting that I become their spokesperson. I told them that I loved their train but had never even ridden on it, being a very poor person and unable 2 afford any unnecessary life luxuries whatsoever at all, EVER, in my now nearly 70 years of hellish existence. Now speaking of fictional or PHASE-4 characters here, there is indeed a Mizz Louwan, however she would spell the surname, on that awesome greatest law show in television history, called, 'LAW & ORDER'. She plays one of several DA's of the Manhattan Borough in New York State, and this would B in the heart of NEW YORK CITY.
