So that is more than a quarter century now, YO, is a cute little pasted in diagram that was provided 4 me on the internet and stumbled upon by me approximately a dozen years or so ago now, and from one of their own sources!!!!! Yes peeps, the great one and only illustrious UNITED STATES COPYRIGHT © OFFICE. I claimed that I sent them a package in early June in 1980, of my 4-DEMO TUNES while newly residing at 1802 ROBIN HILL APARTMENTS in Voorhees Township, NJUSAESMWG and in all very localized areas of the 5th dimensional hyperspace, quadrillions of them perhaps. Still, all extremely localized, in that maybe a few towels in a bathroom R arranged on a rack slightly differently, or perhaps a ladybug is crawling around on a coffee table in some, and not others; but other than 4 those infinitesimal differences, it is all the same reality. Now the WOMO-SPACEFORCE ENEMIES or my SPAMMENIES, did a horrible thing 2 me, and then made it appear that it was my fault, with the crux of their argument being that I never had copyrighted the arrangements on those demo tunes, despite paying a professional musical arranger, Mister Glenn 2 arrange the 4 tunes all written by me within the past 8 years, going back into 1972, with the basic tune of the song titled, “Love So High”. Logic absolutely dictates the following legal point, 4 all great judges and justices out there, reading this someday, maybe thousands of years from now; on the Galanet. Y in Heaven's name or anyone else's name would I have 3 of them copyrighted, arrangement and all, and then have the one stolen by the great BEEGEE's, NOT PROTECTED WITH THE SAME © ON THE WORDS, THE MUSIC, AND YES, THE ARRANGEMENT ON THE SONG AS WELL?????? Y would I indeed, in a million years; NAUGHT want 2 protect the 4th demo tune called, “LOST LOVE”?????????????????? We all know with no doubt whatsoever that logic is simply not there, BUTTERCHEESE and yessir, BUT, big ass BUTT and but, logic does show a motive 4 doing this 2 me, so that Robin Gibb and his gal-pal Mizz Marcy Levy Detroit, could steal the arrangement and make their tune around it, as in fact, THEY DID JUST THAT! But until this week, I had no (right up in your face) way of showing and displaying my simple point, and then a week ago, it hit me like a bolt of DIANA ZUUDLECRENESSIA ARTEEMIS, (AKA Lightning), that all I need 2 do, in order 2 make it quite clear, and have it stand out like a sore tooth on steroids 4 any possible doubter, is 2 show that despite the © Office insisting that I never sent a package of the 4 demos that day in early June of 1980 but rather 3 separate songs and then later in 1981, sent the 4th one, so that the robbers could claim the copyright on it, back in 1980, 4 their hit song; I really did send the songs in a package of a tape recording of the 4 demo tunes. Y would I do this, and Y did they do that? At least my story makes sense and has a good legal argument behind it. Their story shows only greed and rip off collusion tactics, and just as 'WOMO-SPACEFORCE' appears 2-B married 2 this entire ENTERTAINMENT (EW) WORLD, as in what they did 2 me late in November when they began that goddess awful death siege on me 4 daring 2 tell their almighty COMCAST PEEPS OFF; they prove the truth 2 my claims and the story of my MORIANITY over and over and over again, and U ALL KNOW IT, whether U choose 2 ever gimme' me' rightful props or naught!!!! So just what do I mean, U-R most likely asking me by now? What is me' proof that I never sent these songs down individually in this (4-DEMO COLLECTION MUSICAL PROJECT OF 1980)? Simple, YO, really quite simplllleeee, Officer Chuck 1979 Kim, of C-F! Just examine the Paula-King or performing arts numbers on my copyrighted forms, as shown and pasted in now below, only this paste in shows the order of the 3 songs that were permitted a 1980 copyright on, and then at the bottom is the 'rip-off' deal, allowing the great wealthy's 2 always win, and keep the losers and poor peeps forever endlessly downtrodden and oppressed, and victimized and taken advantage of in this ONCE GREAT NATION that I wouldn't give anyone a thin dime 4 any more, YO!!!!!!!!!!! U-C folks, we pay 4 our justice today and is Y D-J Trump has gotten away with destroying the entire nation, and unless stopped; America will B completely gone within this decade, the America that many old folks like me still remember that is!!!!!!!! We pay 4 justice, and if we R poor and cannot pay, we get taken and ripped off and stolen from, and we have absolutely no recourse other than getting hammered and pummeled covertly by powerful forces out there when we complain, as I did on the telephone that day, back on 21 November; 2 the great and Almighty COMCAST PEEPS!!!!!!!!! What it would take 2 restore me' faith in the CJS has about a one in thirty chance of happening, so I don't like those damn odds 2 damn well, but should the system work and in time; then I will B back 2 believing in America, then AND ONLY THEN!!!!!!!!!!!!! So examine now the Performing Arts numbers on my projects, and C-4 yourselves that this was sent as a package and not as 4 individual demo tunes that spanned 6 or more months of time in being sent 2 the © Office. 2 bad I do not have all the needed proofs, but I feel that even then, Tom Glenn may have sold me out. I paid him 4 that damn arrangement, and it was my legal property at that point; by all copyright law that I currently understand, that is. HERE WE GOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
